Today’s there’s a lot of focus on practical leadership and organizational leadership, but less attention is given to the ethics of leadership and the formation of leaders. As I address leadership issues on this blog I have given priority and focus to these two areas (leadership ethics and leadership formation) and I found the following leadership definition compelling.
“Leadership is ‘liberating people to do what is required of them in the most effective and human way possible.'”
