Here’s a picture of a local high school’s “leadership summit” which we facilitated.Youth Leadership As you see above, our team also did ministry on the campus of a local high school/college. The room above was all of the school club officers – essentially all the leaders of the school. We facilitated some content to help them identify how their respective clubs can serve the school and society. But we also had permission to explicitly share the gospel and many came to faith and the local church we partnered with is now following up with students who re-committed to Christ, gave their lives to Christ, or who requested more information. We also did several events for a different demographic of the school as some of our team facilitated trainings on study habits and getting good grades. This was a presentation that ultimately led to the sharing of the gospel. The fun thing here is that we had some of the youth of the church we were partnering with that only got trained through an IGSL student this summer. When it came time to share the gospel story with those interested – our team barely had to do anything because the youth just jumped in and began sharing their faith with their friends! But I love serving on a multi-ethnic and multi-national ministry team. Here’s a couple picture of some of the team who helped lead some of the trainings and outreach.
